Released as a CD single only in Europe, "Philadelphia" was Neil Young's contribution to the "Philadelphia" motion picture soundtrack album. "Philadelphia" was nominated for a Grammy for Best Rock Vocal Performance in 1995. He lost out to Bruce Springsteen's "Streets of Philadelphia".
